About Myself

Coming from Taiwan, I obtained a Ph.D. Degree from the EECS Department,
the University of Toledo, April 99. In May 1991, I obtained a Master's Degree in EE
from Monmouth University.
My research areas and specialties are in Digital Communication Systems, Digital Signal Processing, and Satellite
Communication Systems.
